To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
• Use services only for legitimate personal financial planning purposes
• Notify us of any changes that may affect our service recommendations

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services.

• Using services for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methodologies
• Sharing confidential information with unauthorized third parties
• Interfering with the security or functionality of our systems
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the exclusive property of Zonelaphoriva Financial Planning Services.

Subscription fees of RM250 per month are due in advance and include all standard consultation services. Payment processing fees may apply.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial payment for unused services only.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific financial outcomes or results.

We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of our guidance for your specific situation.

Financial planning involves risk and results may vary based on individual circumstances and market conditions

Past performance does not guarantee future results

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages.

We are not liable for financial losses resulting from market conditions, economic changes, or implementation of general guidance provided.

You agree to indemnify Zonelaphoriva Financial Planning Services against claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Disputes will be resolved through the following mechanisms in accordance with Malaysian law.

Malaysian Arbitration

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration under Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005 if mutual agreement cannot be reached.

Industry Mediation

We participate in industry mediation services for alternative dispute resolution when applicable.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms.

Upon termination, access to ongoing services ceases, though confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms with reasonable advance notice posted on our website or sent to your registered email address.

Continued use of services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
